Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, garment bags, and security seals remain intact.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and retain your tracking receipt to monitor the progress of your refund or exchange.
